Welcome to my practice.

Hi, I’m Diana

As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, build confidence, and develop a strong sense of self. Life can be overwhelming, and no matter how hard we try, we sometimes feel stuck. That’s where therapy comes in.

My approach is warm, empathic, and honest, with authenticity and support at its core. I see therapy as a gift you give yourself, a time meant just for you, and an investment in becoming the person you’ve envisioned. Therapy is a space for self-discovery, growth, and real change. I won’t lie, it’s hard work. But together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, move towards healing, and create meaningful shifts in your life.

What To Expect

Therapy is a journey and taking that first step can feel hard — but, maybe that time is now. If you’re ready for change, I’m right here. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and build a path forward.

You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and in control of your life. So why wait?

Let’s Get Started

If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate yet gently challenges you when needed, I invite you to connect with me. Therapy with me feels like a conversation with a purpose — a space where you feel seen, heard, and encouraged. Whether you're navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or going through major life transitions, I’m here to help.

Reach out today, and let’s take this first step together. It all starts with a call.

A Little More About Me

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a mom to a spirited 5-year-old who keeps me entertained (and exhausted, let’s be real). My husband and I face the same parenting struggles as everyone else, always wondering how other parents make it look so easy. Kobe, our 9 year old Shih-Tzu, is a certified therapy dog and is the best 4-legged coworker I’ve ever had.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me doing arts and crafts with my daughter, doing school activities with her, spending time with friends and family, or unwinding with a comedy or reality show. I also love home improvement projects, volunteering in the community with Kobe, and integrating wellness and health to support my autoimmune disease.

I appreciate the opportunity to share a bit about myself and look forward to getting to know YOU!
