Therapy that is focused on YOU.
Welcome! Iβm Diana, Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in ADHD, trauma and PTSD.
My client base consists of professionals including attorneys, physicians, law enforcement, first responders, programmers, accountants, and therapists (yes, therapists need therapy too!), and also includes college students, homemakers, and folks who are looking to be in more control of their lives.
I aim to provide a genuine and relatable therapeutic experience where you can stop masking and feel free to be yourself. If you are tired of the same old process, bored of being asked, βHow does that make you feel?β, worried about not being able to use some dark humor, or sick of only being told to count and breathe your way out of things, youβve come to the right place.
Letβs get down to whatβs really going on, find some actual answers, and work collaboratively towards your goals!

Trauma and PTSD
The experience of trauma can shift our perspectives and cause changes in our attitudes, beliefs, and values. It can change the way we live, how we show up in our relationships, and create a disconnect that leads to withdrawal and isolation.
Those whoβve been through trauma may βmaskβ what weβre feeling, act as if everything is OK, when in actuality, weβre feeling numb, angry, empty, or depressed.
Trauma can cause us to stop trusting others. We may put up walls and shut people out. We become closed off and itβs hard to connect.
It leaves us on edge, with our minds constantly running and worrying about things that most people donβt. There are few places, if any, where we can let our guards down and we often expect the worst to happen.
It can diminish our sense of joy, happiness, hope, and peaceβthose emotions we know we "should" be able to feel.
And trauma can make us feel incredibly lonely, confused, and frustrated. Itβs not who we want to be or how we want to live. We want to changeβ¦ we just donβt know how.
Iβm here to tell you it can get better. Weβll work together, at your pace, to get through your struggles. Whenever youβre ready, Iβll be here to support you.
Letβs start with a call and just go from there.

Does this sound familiar?
constant struggles to focus and pay attention
bored easily, often having a new hobby, or projects waiting to be done
usually running late or showing up way too early
easily overwhelmed, overstimulated, and dysregulated
all of your βsystemsβ never seem to stick and you canβt stay organized
consistency and structure is hard to maintain
even when you try, you end up falling behind (or you just donβt start at all)
β¦ and you canβt figure out why things just seem harder for you
If this describes you, letβs figure out if you have ADHD and what we can do about it!

Many of us experience symptoms of anxiety or depression (or both) within our lifetime.
It may happen because of a situation like getting laid off, starting a new chapter, a breakup, or a loss.
Anxiety or depression might be something youβve struggled with because of self-esteem or identity issues, feeling βnot good enoughβ, or believing you have to be perfect.
It could be because of dissatisfaction in your own life, problems in a relationship, or confusion about what is next.
Regardless of what you are facing, Iβm here to listen, but more importantly, help you get through it.
