  • Whether trauma occurs in your personal life or on the job, it can deeply impact many aspects of your life.

Trauma can shift our perspectives and cause changes in our attitudes, beliefs, and values. It can change the way we live, how we show up in our relationships, and create a disconnect that leads to withdrawal and isolation.

We often try to “mask” what we’re feeling, acting as if everything is OK, when deep down, nothing is the same.

Trauma can cause us to stop trusting—sometimes even ourselves, our own judgments, and choices.

It leaves us on edge, with our minds constantly running and worrying about things that most people don’t.

It can diminish our sense of joy, happiness, hope, and peace—those emotions we know we "should" be able to feel.

It might be hard to believe, but it can get better. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to support you.

  • Does this sound familiar?

    • constant struggles to focus and pay attention

    • bored easily, often having a new hobby, or projects waiting to be done

    • usually running late or showing up way too early

    • easily overwhelmed, overstimulated, and dysregulated

    • all of your “systems” never seem to stick and you can’t stay organized

    • consistency and structure is hard to maintain

    • even when you try, you end up falling behind (or you just don’t start at all)

    • … and you can’t figure out why things just seem harder for you

If this describes you, let’s figure out if you have ADHD and what we can do about it!
