  • "Diana On's approach to therapy is individual, respectful, enlightening, compassionate.... all in a very safe place. Because of this space I was able to do the work needed for my benefit and quality of life. She's fearless and a great ally, has the patience and direction needed for the journey at hand."

  • "Being able to stop and slow down and think about my responses has helped me tremendously. Before therapy, I was extremely negative and against anything to improve my life and refused to accept help in any way. I never thought I could trust anyone or even talk about everything I went through. It's been incredible."

  • "Diana has been helpful in keeping me accountable and helping me better understand what I'm struggling with. It's been productive. I can be open and honest and vulnerable and I haven't been able to do that before. She has definitely listened and helped me put pieces of the puzzle together. It's been a positive experience."

  • "I didn't believe in therapy, I didn't think it would work but I was desperate for help. And now I'm hopeful and it's changed my life."

  • "I feel very fortunate to have had you as my therapist. You helped me become more aware of my emotions and how to deal with them. I'm going to be forever grateful for that."

  • "Because of all the work I've done in therapy, I feel so much more confident and proud of myself. It’s changed the way I view things and it’s made my life so much better. It’s helped me look inside myself and realize how strong and capable I really am."

  • "You've been helpful in keeping me accountable and helping me better understand what I'm struggling with. I can be open and honest and vulnerable with you and I haven't been able to do that before. You have definitely listened and helped me put pieces of the puzzles together. It's been a positive experience!"

  • "I'm really glad I stayed in therapy. I honestly can't thank you enough for helping me consistently do the work every week. I'm really proud of myself for how far I've come."

Specialties and More

  • The experience of trauma can shift our perspectives and cause changes in our attitudes, beliefs, and values. It can change the way we live, how we show up in our relationships, and create a disconnect that leads to withdrawal and isolation.

Those who’ve been through trauma may “mask” what we’re feeling, act as if everything is OK, when in actuality, we’re feeling numb, angry, empty, and depressed.

Trauma can cause us to stop trusting others. We may put up walls and shut people out. We become closed off and it’s hard to connect.

It leaves us on edge, with our minds constantly running and worrying about things that most people don’t. There are few places where we can let our guards down and we often expect the worst to happen.

It can diminish our sense of joy, happiness, hope, and peace—those emotions we know we "should" be able to feel.

And trauma can make us feel incredibly lonely, confused, and frustrated. It’s not how we want to be or how we want to live.

I’m here to tell you it can get better. We’ll work together, at your pace, to get through your struggles. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to support you.

Let’s start with a call and just go from there.

  • Does this sound familiar?

    • constant struggles to focus and pay attention

    • bored easily, often having a new hobby, or projects waiting to be done

    • usually running late or showing up way too early

    • easily overwhelmed, overstimulated, and dysregulated

    • all of your “systems” never seem to stick and you can’t stay organized

    • consistency and structure is hard to maintain

    • even when you try, you end up falling behind (or you just don’t start at all)

    • … and you can’t figure out why things just seem harder for you

If this describes you, let’s figure out if you have ADHD and what we can do about it!

  • Many of us experience symptoms of anxiety or depression (or both) within our lifetime.

It may happen because of a situation like getting laid off, starting a new chapter, a breakup, or a loss.

Anxiety or depression might be something you’ve struggled with because of self-esteem or identity issues, feeling “not good enough”, or believing you have to be perfect.

It could be because of dissatisfaction in your own life, problems in a relationship, or confusion about what is next.

Regardless of what you are facing, I’m here to listen, but more importantly, help you get through it.
